Founded in Perth in 2016 by civil construction professionals David Cooper and Jason Flannery, Flanco was built on a vision to provide reliable, fit-for-purpose solutions across the mining, infrastructure, and construction sectors. With over 45 years of combined experience, the founders set out to create a business that delivers practical, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes, regardless of location or project size.
In 2017, Flanco expanded into the Goldfields region through a partnership with Troy Moller, establishing our Kalgoorlie division. This move strengthened our ability to support clients across remote and regional Australia, particularly in high-demand mining hubs.
